These are good for everyday alkaline batteries, but you can save the environment by spending a little more and getting rechargeables

I have had some disappointments with Duracell's batteries lately. We use a lot of batteries and have had several instances where the batteries have started leaking. Have not had that with other brands.

Life on these batteries are pretty decent. The kids use them in their gaming controllers which lasts a few weeks with heavy usage.
